Yeah, this type of workout is to supplement your other workouts during the week. So, you definately don’t want to be doing this more than twice a week. This workout will help to avoid the dreaded plateau.

this is more of a “Test” or “challenge” like the 300 workout than something you do every day or week. People who try this every day or every week will most likely burn out quickly. I see it as a test or “plateau buster” you can do once in a while to give you a little boost. Great video.

I am with Roberthurz-this type of fitness training yields the best results.
It improves my athletic perfromance in sport because the strength and fitness foundation is strong.

I think the point is increased endurance and a higher over all fitness level. I have worked out many different ways over the past 4 and a half decades but this type of exercise has given me the best fitness results. My heart rate is lower as a result and my overall cholesterol is lower as well due to this kind of training. I am pushing 60 and I am in great health and have a lot of endurance.

Cortisol and more cortisol. I just don’t get the point of these mega rep circuits.
